The purpose of this document is to provide a standard for aircraft fuselage markings located at the doors used for ground servicing operations. These markings can be used by all GSE that will dock at the aircraft. These markings may be used for one or several phases of the GSE positioning relative to the aircraft process: GSE alignment during approach, GSE final docking, and GSE auto leveling. It is not the purpose of this standard to describe the different technologies, cameras, or other equipment that can be mounted on GSE to utilize these markings. The aircraft that may use these markings will have a fuselage diameter of 3 m or more.
AGE-3 Aircraft Ground Support Equipment Committee
This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) provides requirements for design and installation of aircraft jacking pad adapters and the mating jack socket interface to permit use of standard jacking equipment to be used in civil and military transport aircraft. The adapter defined herein shall be the key interface between the aircraft and the aircraft jack(s).

This SAE Recommended Practice is intended to establish a procedure to certify the fundamental driving skill levels of professional drivers. This certification can be used by the individual driver to qualify their skills when seeking employment or other professional activity. These certification levels may also be used by test facilities or other organizations when seeking test or professional drivers of various skills. The associated family of documents listed below establish driving skill criteria for various specific categories. SAE J3300: Driving level SAE J3300/1: Low mu/winter driving SAE J3300/2: Trailer towing SAE J3300/3: Automated driving Additional certifications to be added as appropriate. This main document provides: (1) common definitions and general guidance for using this family of documents, (2) directions for obtaining certification through Probitas Authentication®1, and (3) driving level examination requirements.
Driving Skills Standards Committee
This specification covers an irradiated, thermally-stabilized, flame-resistant modified-polychloroprene rubber in the form of thin-wall tubing.
AE-8D Wire and Cable Committee
This SAE Standard was developed to provide a method for indicating the direction of engine rotation and numbering of engine cylinders. The document is intended for use in designing new engines to eliminate the differences which presently exist in industry.
Engine Power Test Code Committee
This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) establishes techniques for validating that a mission store complies with the interface requirements delineated in MIL-STD-1760 Revision E.
AS-1B Aircraft Store Integration Committee
This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) shall be limited to information about corrosion caused by fluoride offgassing of fluoropolymer-based wire insulation. It reviews published reports of corrosion caused by this phenomenon, describes scenarios where this may be a concern, mitigation options, and references a test method which can be used to evaluate wire insulations where needed.
AE-8D Wire and Cable Committee
This specification establishes requirements for chemically expanded, flexible, electrical insulating sleeving that shrinks to a predetermined size upon solvent evaporation.
AE-8D Wire and Cable Committee
AS6324 specifies the requirements for comparative testing of new copper and copper alloy conductors to AS29606 qualified conductors. AS29606 approved conductors are used for the construction of insulated wire defined in SAE Aerospace wire standards (i.e., AS22759, AS81044, etc.). AS6324 defines testing which meets or exceeds the minimum test requirements of AS29606 and AS22759 and its detailed specification sheets.
AE-8D Wire and Cable Committee
This specification covers a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride plastic in the form of flexible, thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing.
AE-8D Wire and Cable Committee
This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) establishes the requirements for various types of identification sleeving that will shrink to a predetermined size upon the application of heat after it has been marked using AS23053 sleeves as basis material. This AS does not cover specific carrier configuration.
