- The performance test and durability test results on flashers having maximum load ratings of 10 or more 32 cp lamps can be significantly affected by how and where the 0.10 Ω circuit resistance is positioned.4.5 provides a measure of control on the distribution of the circuit resistance thereby minimizing performance test and durability test result differences when a lot of flashers are subjected to testing on different pieces of test equipment.
