- This SAE Recommended Practice applies to stationary usage of mobile construction-type cranes, crawler or rubber-tire mounted, on outriggers or on tires, when used for lifting crane, clamshell, dragline, magnet, pile driver, or similar service.
- Content
- The configuration of cranes and outriggers is variable. This recommended practice is intended to establish definitions and guidelines as to how the working area charts should be presented. It is not the intent to restrict cranes to set specific working areas, and do not want this as a standard.
