- This procurement specification covers aircraft quality bolts and screws made from a low alloy, heat resistant steel of the type identified under the Unified Numbering System as UNS K14675. The following specification designations and their properities are covered.

- Add additional definitions to para 2.2. Update para 3.6 by adding “two to” three threads in agreement with NASM1312-8 test methodology. Added para 4.2 and completely revised para 4.4.3, 4.3.5 and TABLES 4, 5, 6 and 7 by removing sampling in accordance with MIL-STD-105 (AQL) and replacing with accept on “zero”. General updating for SAE requirements for obsolete specifications and standards.
