ARINC829 829 Guidance for Wireless Use of COTS Crew Devices

This standard provides guidance on the preferred methods for establishing wireless connectivity and security for EFB devices. The Wireless Access Point (WAP) may be connected to an Aircraft Interface Device (AID) and/or the Inflight Entertainment System (IFE). Passenger devices are out of scope for this standard.
