ARINC828A 828A Standard Interface for Portable Electronic Flight Bag (EFB)

This standard describes an aircraft Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) interface with the aircraft. The intent is to define a physical interface and protocols to provide power and optionally support generic network connectivity, video export to a cockpit display, and access to human interface devices (keyboard, mouse, trackball, or other input device) for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) device utilized as an EFB on the flight deck.
