AMS7707F is the result of a Five-Year Review and update of the specification. The revision updates composition test methods and reporting (see 3.1 and 3.1.1), prohibits bar cut from plate (see 3.2.1 and 4.4.2), prohibits unauthorized exceptios (see 3.6, 4.4.3, and 8.4), updates bar quality requirements (see 3.4.1 and 8.3), and updates ordering information in line with requirements (see 8.6).
