The sample sizes and acceptance criteria should be determined by agreement between the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the supplier. The failure modes to be addressed are: Test Factors include: NOTE: The Belt Drive Committee recommends that this spec be run using test parts that are close to the upper and lower specifications for load output and damping (tails testing).
