Using Battery and Ground Bus to Improve Reliability of Electronic Control on Off-Highway Vehicles

A review of the design and application of a commercial Electronic Shift Control for Power Shift Transmissions as used on Off-Highway Vehicles that are produced in low volumes. While product design is important and of interest, the key to installed reliability has proven to be the effective use of the vehicle battery and ground bus.
