The University of Illinois Entry in the 1982 Formula SAE Competition

This paper describes the design, construction, and competition of a Formula SAE car by a University of Illinois team of SAE student members. They located sponsors, refined and tuned the car, and raced it in Austin, Texas at the annual Formula SAE Competition in May, 1982.
