United States Air Force Trainer Masterplan

The Air Force system of Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) requires both short-term and long-term modification to sustain current operations and meet future requirements. This report examines the present system together with alternatives and recommends the most cost-effective mix of equipment, training practices, and procurement strategies for training pilots into the early part of the 21st century.
