Unique Manufacturing Method - Automotive Air Conditioning Condenser Manifolds

A unique method for the manufacture of manifolds for automotive air conditioning condensers has been developed along with a method for the insertion of flow dividers (baffles) in these manifolds. The manufacturing processes are described, as well as several manifold configurations. A review of successful current and potential application of the manifolds made using this method concludes this paper.
