- Model-based virtual vehicle testing technology is an advanced simulation technique that significantly improves the efficiency and quality of vehicle development. It effectively addresses challenges such as complex operating conditions and experimental hazards in physical road testing. However, due to limitations in modeling accuracy, virtual vehicle parameters often remain overly idealized, resulting in limited credibility of test results. In response to the above issues, this article proposes a testing method based on vehicle-cloud fusion technology that combines the advantages of physical and virtual vehicle testing to avoid the disadvantages of both parties. Experimental validation demonstrates that the synchronization rate between virtual car and physical car data can reach 92.02%, which can safety and efficiently complete the initial vehicle testing, provide data support for subsequent physical car testing, and shorten the real car testing cycle.
