Authors Abstract
Content
The daily temperature variation of the car's glass windows, supported with a metallic mesh being embedded in it and subjected to incident global solar radiation is obtained.
A heat balance equation with terms considering heat losses by convection and thermal radiation is solved. A heat diffusion equation for the car's salon is also solved using Fourier sine transform technique. The effect of the mesh parameters and other main features on the salon climate are clarified through the obtained relations.
