Abstract
Content
This paper relates to the study on the HNA polyelectrolyte composite membrane and the NH ultrafilter for cathodic electrodeposition (CED) paints. The HNA membrane's electric charge and permeability to metallic ions were determined, and the membrane structure was observed. It has been demonstrated in laboratory and automobile factory tests that the membrane has a high flux 30-50 1/hr.m and an effective fouling-resistance. The improved NH ultrafilter can control the temperature in the ultrafiltration (UF) process because of its rational structure. The optimum operation conditions for the ultrafilter were given
