- The importance of the pre-validation process for door trim noise is being emphasized as noise criteria have been heightened due to the transition to electric vehicles. The validation process currently uses SNRD (Squeak and Rattle Director) simulation to verify BSR through relative strain values. However, this process has the limitation of being time-consuming. To solve this issue, we have enhanced the efficiency of the process by creating a database of relative displacement values that occur based on the cross-section and structural characteristics of matching parts, enabling BSR validation using only cross-sectional and structural information.
