- The subjects covered in this discussion are aimed at stimulating efforts toward improving efficiency of small gas turbine engines. Capabilities are reviewed, but the primary emphasis is on variations and modifications to engine cycles that can produce significant improvements in power density and fuel consumption by enlarging current thrusts in component technology disciplines.
