Research Function and Strategic Planning

The importance of the function of research in the strategical planning in the industrial company is dealt with, and procedures are proposed to establish, implement and control a research program with emphasis on some procedures, like the creation of a pilot-program, the consulting inside the company for the selection of projects, criteria for classification and characterization of projects, the relation with the universities.

The conscientiousness, throughout the company, of the importance of the function of research, is brought into relief in the results.
