Requirements Management: We're All in This Together

The world is changing with respect to the use of aircraft in military operations, the requirements levied on contractors by the Department of Defense, and the initiatives that contractors are implementing with the expectation of providing high quality products, faster and at lower cost. This paper will discuss these changes and then propose four methodologies, each with a different output, that will demonstrate that introducing the Systems Engineering processes at the beginning of a new development program can set up the program for success.
