Content
The purpose of this report is to show you our technological development to get a complete hot test in the shortest time. The report starts with a few remarks about the reasons to develop this work.
Then it shows the main points of the hot test improvement. Putting the situation into some kind of perspective as 6 sigma, Kaizen, Environmental system ISO 14000, we developed a multidisciplinary work.
Finally; we will obtain the following results as conclusive:
  • Productive capacity increases in 30 %.
  • Environmental impact decreases in 40 %.
  • Reliability test increase in 1500 %.
