is used to model the operational lifecycle of a fleet of rotorcraft. Vehicles are modeled as a container of parts, each of which accrue damage through normal fatigue during flight. Many different vehicle configurations can be represented through the use of different parts. Incorporation of technology factors allows exploration of technology effects on operational availability, vehicle loss rate, operations and support costs, and maintenance metrics. Initial model verification on a UH-60M baseline demonstrated expected trends in availability as well as the ability to model technologies which impact O&S costs, such as HUMS.
