In the current modern days of driving, rear wiping performance plays a crucial role in safe driving. This study focuses on improving the rear wiping with add on benefits like improved BSR performance, cost saving and perceived quality. This new concept has the rear wiper motor assembly which accommodates the nozzle also thereby making it a single unified assembly with reduced system complexity. This concept eliminates the complex hose routing of washer system for rear wiping which is usually packaged at spoiler or HMSL. It also helps in improved spray coverage and reduced dry wiping which in turn enhances system reliability with clean & quiet operation. This integrated nozzle concept is much more compact than the available products in the market with minimum number of end items. Also, this design comes with non-return valve which ensures there is no delay in the spray execution. And it improves the cleaning efficiency by maintaining consistent fluid pressure. This concept comes with advanced sealing technology for 100% leakage protection.
