Quality Control Methods in the Electronics Industry

The unique reliability characteristics of electronic devices often make Standard Quality-Control Methods inadequate. In addition, Automotive and Heavy Equipment applications of these devices can compound the complexity of the in-process Control Methods required as well as the Endurance Testing of the final product. This paper outlines the Design and implementation of a Quality Plan for an electronic device in a Heavy Equipment application.
