- The sleeve is the key assembly part of the high-speed internal electric spindle support of the high-precision CNC internal and external grinder, and its machining accuracy directly affects the running state of the spindle. The purpose of this study is to adjust the structural process to improve its bearing capacity in all directions. Combined with the refined mechanical simulation of 3D braided composites, the influence mechanism of joint thickness and surface pretreatment on the connection performance is studied from the aspects of stress distribution characteristics and damage failure mechanism. The overall performance analysis and design of the metal-composite sleeve are carried out. Experiments show that the thickness of the joint has a great influence on its bearing performance, and the effectiveness of the proposed pretreatment process is verified, which provides a reliable technical path for the realization of high-performance metal-3D braided composite connection structure.
