- Sincere employee involvement in improving quality and productivity depends on a comprehensive personnel training program. The Process Improvement Circle Program at Baylock Manufacturing Corporation is its human resource development and utilization strategy. Training programs for new employees, supervisors and circle members are being used to continually improve the job knowledge, statistical knowledge and teamwork necessary for successful circle activity. This presentation reviews the training programs used at Baylock Manufactuing Corporation plus some of the circle accomplishments that this training has generated.
