Partially Annealed High Strength Cold Rolled Steels

The techniques of producing and utilizing recovery-annealed cold-rolled sheet products are described with emphasis on the ability to obtain:

1. i)
   yield strength minimums ranging from 60 to 160 ksi (413 to 1102 MPa),
2. ii)
   uniformity of metallurgical properties; and
3. iii)
   useful and formable steels for economical weight saving application in the automotive industry.
