The City of Chicago found just the right ticket for increasing revenues: the age-old parking ticket, but with a new high-tech twist. The results have gotten attention - both from other cities interested in emulating Chicago's success, and from the city's own citizens who are finding their own new twist to the parking ticket: this one's for real.
