A comprehensive approach to the optimized design and analysis of a track-focused quad bike specifically tailored for the Indian market. The design process integrates multiple critical factors, including driver ergonomics, aesthetics, and strategic component placement, to establish the optimal vehicle dimensions. The primary objective is to ensure comfort, functionality, and visual appeal while addressing the unique demands of the Indian terrain and user preferences. A meticulous selection process for tires and suspension geometry is conducted using the advanced Optimum Kinematics software. This optimization ensures that the vehicle can adeptly handle a variety of road conditions, providing superior performance and stability. The vehicle’s core structure features a space frame chassis, engineered to minimize tubing and facilitate ease of fabrication, contributing to both weight reduction and structural integrity. A robust 600cc 4-cylinder engine is selected, emphasizing an optimal power-to-weight ratio that promises both agility and power. The braking system is carefully designed to achieve superior stopping distances, enhancing safety and control. The project's engineering focus extends to the detailed design and analysis of structural components using SolidWorks, ensuring that each part meets rigorous performance and durability standards. The suspension dynamics are meticulously designed to enhance handling and ride comfort. This attention to detail results in a vehicle with a low center of gravity, which is pivotal for maintaining stability during high-speed maneuvers.
