Oil liquid sloshing is a common physical phenomenon under the action of external force. Oil liquid sloshing in fuel tank often causes adverse influences, such as sloshing noise, interruption of fuel supply, etc. The baffle has very distinct influence on the suppression of oil liquid sloshing. To obtain the optimal structure and placement of baffle, Sloshing characteristics about sloshing pressure and time area value are taken as the core evaluation parameters in this work. In the present study, three kinds of baffles with different structures and four kinds of baffles with different placements are simulated respectively. The influence of baffle with different structures and placements on oil liquid sloshing pressure, the velocity mass and volume about oil liquid, the area of free oil liquid surface, time-area values etc. are compared and analyzed. The baffle with holes is determined to be the optimal structure. The oblique baffle is the best placement to reduce the pressure of oil liquid sloshing. Time area value is the biggest under the action of oblique baffles, and time area value is the smallest under the action of vertical baffles.
