- The change of swirl level in the swirl combustion chamber of a four cylinder engine affects the amount of diffusion burning and the temperature at which such process develops. The result being the level of emitted smoke.On the base of performed investigations a more distinct picture of the influence of the amount of diffusion burning on smoke emission is obtained.
