Authors Abstract
Content
The change of swirl level in the swirl combustion chamber of a four cylinder engine affects the amount of diffusion burning and the temperature at which such process develops. The result being the level of emitted smoke.
On the base of performed investigations a more distinct picture of the influence of the amount of diffusion burning on smoke emission is obtained.
