- New powdered metals have been developed which show considerable promise as engine valve train parts, for example, camshaft, rocker arms and swing arms. These substances, produced by a new process, the Powdered Alloy Sheet Process (P.A.S. Process), offer lighter and stiffer materials combined with very wear-resistant materials.
