Abstract

Content: This paper describes the design, test and construction of the Case 1550 Crawler Tractor. The 1550 has a hydrostatic transmission, new Case Family II engine and electronic instruments. The dual path transmission includes swash plate pumps, bent axis motors, hydraulic controls and pressure filtration.
