Cooperation and communication between team members is essential for an efficient and effective teamwork. Modeling and simulation of the corresponding processes during task analysis helps to identify shortcomings in both areas and to enhance the overall team performance. This is crucial for military mission preparation when soldiers frequently act as a team. In this case the mission's success requires optimal tasks assignment, planning, and execution. This paper presents a novel method and technique how to describe, model, and analyze military team cooperation processes for a subsequent simulation. The focus is on communication between team members.
