From Model to Metal

USING NC VISION SOFTWARE TO DRIVE NUMERICAL CONTROL (NC) toolpaths from a three dimensional Advanced Surface Design (ASD) model, allows a computer generated database to be linked directly to the shop floor; thus, creating a paperless environment. With this capability we are able to produce higher quality prototype parts and casting pattern equipment in a reduced time frame without the need of a conventional engineering drawing.
