The concept of magnetic Levitation, which based, on “magnetic potential well” (MPW) [1, 2 and 3], is in need of further theoretical and experimental investigation. Now, the main theoretical problem is that in order to different magnetic systems to define limitation conditions for system parameters. Stability of equilibrium of free body is quaranted under satisfaction of there conditions. This problem is far beneath from solution in general case. That is why investigation of different cases of stability in particule examples is of very interest. Free body as a pendulum are cosidered in this paper. Magnetic force is created by three superconductors Hoops. Two stated hoops co-axixed and the third one replaced between they and is fasten with levitated mass.
