How effective and complete is the work being done in fleet garages today? Is the fault with management or does it belong to the manufacturer of inferior material or cost.

This paper will attempt to show that a well designed management information system is a vital addition to the successful accomplishment of management control; also, that maintenance improvement and cost reduction may be difficult, but certainly is not unattainable.
