The renewed global interest in cislunar space with potential breakthrough applications including Artemis & Gateway, Moon Village, Chang’e In-Situ Resource Utilization and lunar base & habitat construction justifies that there is a critical need for numerically robust and computationally efficient trajectory design framework. Several existing optimization methods in CR3BP system like Multiple Shooting, Invariant Manifolds, Sequential Quadratic Programming exists but in isolation, leaving a gap for integrating these techniques to a combined framework. This research addresses this gap by furnishing a complete modular framework that combines multiple shooting method with transcription for discretization, monodromy matrix-based approach for generating optimal pathways with linear interpolation technique for generating initial good guess for the transfer path. This work simultaneously optimizes the transfer trajectory on libration orbits eliminating priori phase selection. This method used SQP solver to accurately optimize minimum Δv with optimum time of flight transfers with novelty in flexibility to select departure and arrival points on orbit along with the inclusion of departure and arrival phase freedom. Results are validated by establishing benchmark cases with published data indicating this work achieves accuracy and numerical robustness. This work directly supports the robust design of low-cost missions for crewed, cargo and supply chain of future sustainable cislunar infrastructure.
