- New developments in automotive textile lamination enable convertors to lake a leap forward in meeting today's challenges. A combination of new adhesive technology and advancements in equipment design create new processes which:
- meet long term environmental regulations
- create recyclable laminates
- use only 10-20 gsm of resin, yet provide superior bonding
- eliminate costly ovens
- are capable of line speeds of 100 meters/min
- are crossweb and downweb consistent to within ±10%
- eliminate strike through from unmelted adhesive
- meet automakers' standards for temperature, humidity, and fogging resistance
- can be retrofitted to existing web handling equipment
- eliminate in-mold delamination problems in deep drawn areas
