Authors Abstract
Content
Analysis of flight test data from the Bellanca Skyrocket II's F.A.I. World Speed Records indicates that a general aviation aircraft can operate in the laminar flow “drag bucket” on a normal service basis. This is made possible only by utilizing the very smooth and ripple free air passage resulting from a composite sandwich structure.
