- With the continuous advancement of collaborative unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarm applications, the importance of intent recognition for aerial swarms in UAV management and control has become increasingly evident. To address the shortcomings of existing intent recognition methods, this paper proposes a knowledge-driven aerial swarm target intent recognition method designed for few-shot scenarios. First, a target trajectory clustering algorithm is designed by combining trajectory similarity measurement (which considers directional features) with density peaks clustering. This algorithm groups targets exhibiting the same or similar motion trends, thereby transforming the swarm target intent recognition problem into a swarm member intent recognition problem, which reduces the complexity of intent recognition. Second, considering the behavioral dynamics inherent in aerial swarm collaborative applications, a target intent inference model is constructed based on a Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN). Utilizing the characteristic information of swarm targets at different time points, this model achieves intent inference and recognition through a hierarchical process: “sub-intent inference → accumulation of historical sub-intent sequences → intent inference.” Finally, simulation experiments are conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
