Redundant fault-tolerance technology is essential for modern flight control systems to improve flight safety and mission reliability. This paper describes the general principles of redundancy management technology, elaborates the architecture of the redundant flight control computer (FCC) on the Boeing 777 airliner, points out the inadequacies of traditional redundant FCC architecture, proposes a new design of redundant FCC architecture based on resource sharing and capacity complementary, finally, demonstrates the feasibility of this program through a combination of laboratory prototype.
