As the core facilities for prefabricated box girder production, highspeed railway beam yards are confronted with multiple practical challenges, including large-scale operation, intricate production processes, and frequent dynamic interferences in construction. Traditional manual scheduling methods are unable to achieve optimal allocation of production resources and efficient coordination of the entire production chain. In view of this problem, this paper proposes an intelligent scheduling optimization method that combines the Dijkstra algorithm with linear programming, and constructs a coordinated scheduling system that covers the whole process of “girder erection-girder fabrication-girder storage”. Supported by BIM+GIS digital twin technology, this system integrates multisource data from the Internet of Things (IoT) and production management platforms. In the system, the Dijkstra algorithm is used to dynamically plan the optimal path for girder erection, while a linear programming model is adopted to realize precise scheduling of production resources. Taking the production task of 1,672 box girders at the Baohui Beam Yard as an engineering application case, the results show that this method can improve the girder erection efficiency by 20%, raise the utilization rate of production resources by 15%, and reduce the process waiting time by 30%. It effectively solves the prominent problems of traditional scheduling, such as resource idleness and construction schedule delays, and thus provides theoretical support and practical reference for the development of intelligent construction 2.0 in high-speed railway beam yards.
