INS Projections & Improvements Capabilities in the Future

ARINC 561 Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) have received wide acceptance in the Commercial Air Transport Industry. Many innovative improvements to these systems have been developed in recent years. Increased functional capability is planned for the near future such as vertical navigation and accuracy improvement using radio navigation aids.
