- Today's challenges affect the system of training highly qualified personnel for the transport industry, which is actively transforming through the introduction of innovative educational technologies. Key areas have become digitalization of the educational process, integration of virtual simulators, augmented reality technologies (AR/VR) and platform solutions for managing educational programs. Today, transport education in Russia is focused on advanced training of specialists capable of working with autonomous transport and neural network solutions. Development prospects are associated with further integration of adaptive educational trajectories and global network platforms to ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the digital economy. Taking into account the specifics of the modern Russian transport industry, using an analytical method, the article examines solutions to some priority problems, namely: • Methods of modernizing educational programs through designing «professions of the future» integrating dual learning and project-oriented formats with real cases from business partners; • Methods of developing network interaction with companies and higher education institutions to synchronize educational programs with industry demands, including the creation of joint educational and methodological centers; • The need for internationalization of education is substantiated, namely, launching programs in foreign languages, expanding academic mobility, and entering international industry rankings; • Mechanisms for managing the life cycle of network educational programs through platform solutions and big data analysis are considered, which allows for flexible adaptation of program content to industry technological trends. The findings of the review and study indicate the need to intensify the implementation of joint educational programs of educational institutions and industrial enterprises, which, with the parallel implementation of digitalization, allows for the flexibility of the educational process, thereby achieving maximum satisfaction of the needs of industry for qualified specialists for current business models.
