Abstract

Content: The aviation industry has never dealt effectively in maintenance with human error. Even with the success of CRM with the flight crews, human factor training for maintenance has never been attempted on a large scale. For what ever the reasons, the command and control concepts have remained in force in aircraft maintenance.
