SOME of the important features of the new double-deck intercity bus described here are:
  1. 1.
    A constructional plan that provides seating accommodations for 50 passengers.
  2. 2.
    Twin engines - which are expected to enable the bus to operate with equal efficiency in flat and mountainous areas and to eliminate road delays due to engine failure.
  3. 3.
    Improved accessibility of parts for removal and maintenance.
  4. 4.
    Emphasis on safety.
  5. 5.
    Improved riding qualities through the use of an unusual method of springing.
  6. 6.
    Air conditioning.
