Virtual Proving Ground (VPG) is a very useful and effective method to predict the vehicle performances such as ride & handling, NVH, and durability. One of the main components of VPG is a virtual road. As a previous virtual road, 3-Dimesional Virtual and Sharp Belgian Road (3-D VSBR) contains only the height information of a Belgian road. Thus, it is mainly used for the prediction of vertical directional road loads. In this paper, 3-Dimensional Virtual Block Belgian Road (3-D VBBR) is suggested. It can not only describe the height information but also consider the shapes and sizes of the hexahedral blocks in a Belgian road. Therefore, it can be used for the prediction of longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directional road loads.
