Abstract
Content
Optical properties of blackbody surfaces formed by electrostatic flocking of various carbon fibres are studied, and guidelines for designing excellent optical black surface are obtained. It is shown that the black surface thus formed is also effective to suppress the reflection of electrons hitting on the surface.
It will be said that the applicability of this surface to scientific instruments is very large.
