Microsoft brings in an intensive understanding and knowledge of software development for the automotive industry.

The goal of the collaborative partnership: to develop an innovative, modular entry-level telematics system. Beginning with 2005, all new models FIAT Auto will launch are either ready for or already equipped with this innovative telematics solution co-developed with Microsoft - a solution that can be incorporated by other carmakers as well.
