Abstract

The aim of this work was to evaluate the incandescent filaments of tungsten, used in panels of multiple alarms of aircrafts.
This study was based in seven tests accomplished in incandescent lamps, model 327, in laboratories.
The results of the accomplished analyses serve of support for a more accurate determination of the panels alarm lamps state on or off immediately before an aircraft impact. That analysis is an important part in the investigation of aeronautical accidents, whose information can be used to infer operation parameters of an aircraft before the impact.
